A TCRS Membership is required to participate at any event. All UTV and ATV rules apply to mini classes. Refer to class rules.

Rules for all ATV and UTVs
1) In all classes, the ATV & UTV’s engine must not exceed class displacement limitations. Production classes must use the approved OEM cylinder head, cylinder and cases, as well as OEM Frame. Engines cannot be stroked or bored in any production division. All classes that are not production must fall within the displacement limits of the class. If a rider is caught with running an engine exceeding displacement limits, the machine will be disqualified until the machine can be proven to be within displacement limits. Any discrepancies can be brought to the Riders Advancement Committee and a decision will be made for potential Round suspension.
2) Electric Motor ATV & UTV machines must stay within horsepower ratings to run with gas powered machines. If an electric machine is found to be exceeding the allowed power (Watts), the machine will be disqualified until the machine can be proven to be within the allowed Power (Watts). Any discrepancies can be brought to the Riders Advancement Committee and a decision will be made for potential Round suspension. If there is constant issues between electric & gas-powered machines, then electric will have their own class.
3) ATV/UTV participants are permitted to compete in more than one class up to a maximum of 3, provided they meet the rules and eligibility requirements for that class. In instances where a rider’s machine becomes disabled prior to reaching the finish line AND he/she completed at least 50 percent of the total number of laps completed by the winner, he/she will receive last place points. In these circumstances, riders will NOT be required to physically push his/her machine across the finish line. Riders who do physically push their machines across the finish line will be considered as having completed the race.
4) Every Rider (and Parent/Guardian for new/young riders) must attend the morning riders meetings. If you do not show up on time it may result in starting races backwards for the day in all classes entered.
5) All other TCRS rules apply.
