gate & racer fees

EVERYONE MUST complete the online waiver at gate entrance or before racing.

FREE (Unless collected by the track organization themselves)

RACE ENTRY FEES 

• $20.00 All mini-classes

• $40.00 All other classes

• $50.00 Pro, Pro/AM, UTV Production, UTV Unlimited

SINGLE DAY TCRS MEMBERSHIP

• $25.00 per rider per day

Race registration

Race registration will promptly close at 7:30AM.  If you miss registration you will be charged a $20 late fee.

Race Registration Trailer is open:

• Evening before race day: 6:00PM - 9:00PM

• Morning of race day: 6:30AM - 7:30AM

Race office will be closed 7:30AM - 8:15AM. Please note these times may change dependant on track regulations. Please do your best to have registration completed Friday night.

Rider's Meeting

Riders meeting is mandatory for ALL riders & parents/guardians and begins promptly at 8:30am*

practice

Practice will start within 30 minutes of completing the rider's meeting.  
Practice schedule will be mentioned at the mandatory rider's meeting.

race schedule

Racing will follow practice with a 30 minute intermission following completion of the race order.  Schedule will repeat after the intermission. 

Race Schedule will be posted at the Race Office Trailer & be mentioned at the mandatory rider’s meeting.

Awards

Awards will follow once all races have been completed on each race day. Approx. 15-30 minutes after the last race finishes.

Year end Championship trophies will be handed out after the final Round trophies at the event location. Unless otherwise stated at the final rider’s meeting.

ANNUAL membership

All riders are required to have a TCRS membership in order to compete in a sanctioned TCRS event.  Register for your membership online below.
